Anise Hyssop Syrup

Anise Hyssop Syrup is concocted with Anise Hyssop flowering tops grown at Earthstar Botanicals micro herb farm. The blossoms are are hand harvested at their peak, and dried at low temperature, to preserve their aromatic properties. The dried Anise Hyssop then used to infuse a sugar syrup that makes a lovely lassi, or an elegant drink mixer. Also delicious drizzled over fresh fruit.

Anise Hyssop: Native to North America, and beloved by bees. Used by Cree, Cheyenne, and Ojibwa to treat fevers & respiratory conditions, and heal burns. Sweet
licorice flavour makes it a good digestive too.
