Catnip + Anise Hyssop

A favourite with children for its sweet licorice + mint taste. All herbs were grown at Earthstar Botanicals micro herb farm, using organic methods (no pesticides or chemical fertilizers). Herbs were dried at low temperature and hand processed to keep their aromatic and medicinal qualities intact:

Catnip: A stimulant for cats but a sedative for humans! Promotes soothing sleep and eases digestion. Mild mint flavour.

Anise Hyssop: ‘Native to North America, and beloved by bees. Used by Cree, Cheyenne, and Ojibwa to treat fevers & respiratory conditions, and heal burns. Sweet
licorice flavour makes it a good digestive too.

Brewing Instructions: Add 1 tsp of tea per cup of boiling water. Steep for 15 minutes or longer. Strain & enjoy!
