Lemon Aide Herbal Tea

Lemon Balm + Tulsi + Yarrow Flowers

When the tensions of modern life jangle your nerves and exhaust your reserves, reach for a cup of this Lemon Aide, and feel refreshed and restored to yourself. All herbs were grown at Earthstar Botanicals micro herb farm, using organic methods (no pesticides or chemical fertilizers). Herbs were dried at low temperature and hand processed to keep their aromatic and medicinal qualities intact:

Lemon Balm: Used since Middle Ages to reduce stress and anxiety, promote sleep, improve appetite, and relieve indigestion. Delicious lemony flavour.

Tulsi: ‘The Incomparable One'. A renowned adaptogen in Ayurvedic medicine, celebrated for her ability to reduce stress, increase energy & longevity. Fruity clove aroma.

Yarrow: Native to the Northern Hemisphere of North America, Europe and Asia. Since the time of Chiron & Achilles, yarrow has been used to staunch bleeding wounds. Used as medicine by several Indigenous First Nations, including the Ojibwe, Plains, Miwok, and Navajo to treat a wide range of illnesses from fevers, to pain, to colds and earaches. Flavour is bitter, floral, and very aromatic. Used to flavour beer prior to hops.

Brewing Instructions: Add 1 tsp of tea per cup of boiling water. Steep for 15 minutes or longer. Strain & enjoy!
