Lemon Balm Vinegar is made with fresh Lemon Balm grown at Earthstar Botanicals micro herb farm steeped in apple cider vinegar for one month or longer. The result is an aromatic infused vinegar that combines the zesty, citrus aroma of Lemon Balm with the fruity zing of apple cider vinegar. Adds depth and herbal dimensions to salad dressings, soups, stews and more.
