Nettle Single Herb Tea

Nettle: A nutritional powerhouse, rich in minerals, especially calcium. Also used to alleviate allergies due to anti-histamine action. Mild green flavour with a hint of the sea. Grown at Earthstar Botanicals micro herb farm, using organic methods (no pesticides or chemical fertilizers). Dried at low temperature and hand processed to keep their aromatic and medicinal qualities intact..

Brewing Instructions: Add 1 tsp of tea per cup of boiling water. Steep for 15 minutes or longer. Strain & enjoy!
