Nettle Vinegar

Nettle Vinegar is made with fresh Stinging Nettle grown at Earthstar Botanicals micro herb farm steeped in apple cider vinegar for one month or longer. The resulting vinegar is mild and fruity in flavour, adding an the mineral richness of Nettle to your salad dressings, soups, stews and more.

Nettle: A nutritional powerhouse, rich in minerals, especially calcium. Also used to alleviate allergies due to anti-histamine action. Mild green flavour with a hint of the sea. Grown at Earthstar Botanicals micro herb farm, using organic methods (no pesticides or chemical fertilizers). Dried at low temperature and hand processed to keep their aromatic and medicinal qualities intact.
