Plant Connection Workshop - Yarrow

Time: 1:00 - 3:00 PM (2 hours)

Limited to five participants.

Deepen your connection to Mother Nature and to yourself by working with one of the healing plants growing at Earthstar Botanicals' herb farm. During this immersive experience, we’ll be focusing on White Yarrow (Achillea millefolium).

No prior experience with plants or energy work is necessary—just a sense of reverence for Nature and an openness to connect with the plant. This session will be an opportunity to experience a profound sense of peace while connecting to something larger than ourselves.

The workshop will be 2 hours long and will include

• Opening circle
• Teachings on Yarrow
• Time and guidance to connect with the plant through writing, drawing, or whatever moves you
• Yarrow tea break
• Guided meditation to connect with Yarrow
• Sharing circle
• Closing circle
• Tea and light snacks to end

At the end of the workshop, you’ll be able to harvest some Yarrow and other herbs from the garden to take home.
